General
Subscribers will receive 12 new paperback books at the rate of one per month for one year. The books will be a special selection of recently published fiction and non-fiction chosen by our team.
Pricing
Subscriptions are priced at £99 (excluding delivery costs, if required).
Duration
Subscriptions last for 12 calendar months.
Availability
Books awaiting collection will be available for a minimum of three months from the point at which a notification email was sent. Subscribers who anticipate difficulty in collecting their books are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible. Without prior arrangement, books collected later than three months from the notification email may be substituted with an alternative title depending on stock availability.
Renewal
Subscribers wishing to renew after their subscription has ended may purchase a new subscription via https://pagesofhackney.co.uk/product/12-month-subscription/
Exchanges
In the event that a subscriber receives a book they already own, they will be able to exchange the book for another title of their choice up to the value of £8.99. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
After exchanging one book during a subscription period, any further exchange requests will be handled at our discretion.
Delivery
Postal delivery is available for subscriptions at the rate of £24 (Royal Mail Second Class) or £30 (Royal Mail First Class) and is selectable during checkout.
Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled only up to the point at which the first month’s book is collected or posted. After this point, subscriptions may no longer be cancelled. Cancellations submitted before the first title has been collected or posted will receive a refund via the original method of payment.
