Pages opened in September 2008 and has quickly become a community and cultural hub, holding regular events and monthly exhibitions in its basement gallery. This space is also available to hire for meetings and private events.
Pages offers a personal book ordering service (you can collect most books next day) as well as helping you to search for out of print books.
We have a small second hand section at the back of the shop and and more vintage and bargain priced new books in the basement. Donations of 2nd hand books are gratefully received.
If you would like to join the Pages mailing list, order a book, or propose an event or an exhibition, please email info@pagesofhackney.co.uk.
Pages also has a Book Group that meets on the last Monday of every month. The next meeting is on Monday 28th March at 7pm and the group will be discussing The Hunger Trace by Edward Hogan, who is also coming to speak at the shop on the 30th of March. If you would like to join the Book Group please contact Eleanor.
